Thanks for visiting us — and, for caring about your privacy as much as we do!
We do not store or share the content of your email messages — we respect your privacy.
In processing your emails, our algorithms scan the email headers for recipients and related data. For certain user-enabled features, such as malware and beacon detection, the text body is scanned to identify match patterns. Our humans do not read the content of your emails except in the very limited circumstances as described below.
We do not sell your private data or sell access to your personal information.
We do not sell ads, or display ads in our products.
We will never send spam or any sort of unsolicited commercial emails to you — or your recipients.
The only data we collect is to make sure we can perform and improve the Service.
In all cases, login credential data is encrypted when stored. We use OAuth or the next best alternative when available to avoid storing basic login/passwords.
When you interact with us through the Services, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below:
We collect your personal information in the following ways:
Inview is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:
You can visit the Site without providing any Personal Data. If you choose not to provide any Personal Data, you may not be able to use certain Services.
One of the special features of the Service is that it allows you to integrate and augment your email messages with various social, business and data services like Twitter or Salesforce ("Third-Party Services"). By directly integrating these services, we make your email experience richer and more personalized. In order to take advantage of this feature, you may need to authenticate, register for or log into Third-Party Services through the Service or on the websites of their respective providers. When you enable linking between or log in to Third-Party Services through the Service, we will collect relevant information necessary to enable the Service to access that Third-Party Service and your data and content contained within that Third-Party Service ("Login Credentials"). We encrypt and store your Login Credentials long enough to enable linking to the Third-Party Service.
We may retain certain personally non-identifiable information related to the data or content linked between Third-Party Services (for example, date sent, link configuration, names of the Third-Party Services), for the purpose of improving our Services and as described below in the "Non-Identifiable Data" section.
You may deactivate or permanently delete your account by contacting us at: hello (at) inview (dot) io.

If you create a new account at a later date, your previous Notes, Contact and Company Notes, and Favorites will not be available to you.
